About this property

Welcome to Zion's Tiny Getaway

Zion's Tiny Getaway offers a unique accommodation experience in Apple Valley, Utah, featuring a collection of tiny homes set within a quiet community. Guests appreciate the opportunity to stargaze thanks to the location’s exceptionally dark skies and enjoy mountain views from private hot tubs. While the property is situated just off a main highway, many reviewers find the peaceful surroundings a worthwhile trade-off for convenience.

The tiny homes are thoughtfully designed with functional kitchens, comfortable sleeping lofts, and amenities such as free Wi-Fi, parking, and a hot tub. Although some guests mention that homes best suit two adults due to space constraints, others highlight the value of the well-equipped units for glamping-style stays. The absence of a fitness center, pool, and on-site restaurant means visitors often plan meals and activities outside the property.

Visitors consistently praise the helpful and responsive customer service, which can assist with practical matters like fireplace use. The property's 4.6 rating from over 230 reviews reflects a generally positive guest experience, with some suggestions for minor improvements in kitchen instructions and storage.

Travelers seeking a kid-friendly, smoke-free environment with easy access to outdoor recreation and local landmarks may find this property suitable. Its proximity to airports such as St. George Regional Airport, about a 50-minute drive away, adds to its convenience for regional travelers. If you're a fan of HGTV, and enjoyed those episodes on "Tiny Homes", this is a stellar place to check out. It's located in Apple Valley UT, with incredibly dark skies. Granted, it's just off the main highway, but the surroundings should definitely make you forget that nuisance. Especially at night, with that incredible view of the Milky Way. Nichole went out of her way, to make our stay memorable, and she succeeded. Stayed in the "Pretty Red Wagon", but expect to try out one of many of the other Tiny Home options next time

We booked this place for a short trip. I have to say the customer service is amazing. We were trying to understand how to use the fireplace and they politely answered all questions and even mentioned to bring a worker to fix it but we were able to do so with just their directions. You can truly see the stars from the bed. The place is in a central location to go to many National Parks in the area. They were equipped with many cookware items and essentials such as olive oil, salt, pepper, and soap. The only thing we struggled with was the water pressure both in the shower and sink. You are able to shower, but the pressure is low and it can take some time. I do know it comes from a well, which is great, but I do wonder if that can be fixed somehow. Other than that, it was an amazing experience and if we go back to Utah we will definitely book this place again.

#10 tiny home is geared for 4-6 ppl, however, is truly for 2 adult sized ppl. Has all the necessities if your used to glamping.... it could use a stackable washer dryer, perhaps some storage or folding luggage rack. Induction oven should have directions for those who have never used one, but still had issues with light Weighted pans. Perhaps add an additional step from loft to stairs and hand rail on wall for safety. Add some shelves in shower for personal items. Ensure cleaning ppl clean out all dust from twin bed area, shelves, and used towels in bathroom. Since it was just is two, we used the twin bed area for our luggage is how we discovered dust and garbage from previous renter. The bed was quite comfortable. The sofa not so much. Overall the unit was clean however despite the minor findings use the suggestions for improvement. Also specify type of applianxes in listing, as it helps when purchasing grocery items. We did enjoy our stay as it allowed us to visit various areas. The esthetics and skylights were an added bonus!

We had a great stay in #3 Desert Oasis. It was very clean, decorated nicely and part of a really cute tiny home community overlooking a gorgeous mountain. Our unit had a hot tub and we really enjoyed stargazing with a bottle of wine after a long day of hiking. It was a very peaceful escape after a busy day in the park! As others have noted the sleeping loft requires a bit of crawling and it’s easy to accidentally bump your head but we also loved seeing the stars through the skylights. If you’re looking for a unique and quiet place to stay, this is it!

Awesome space. The tiny houses are all unique and make your vacation truly special. Amazing mountain biking, and hiking nearby a great hub to check out the area. All the small amenities make the stay. We used the hot tub, bqq, playground, played board games and made the local coffee that was provided. A good value for how thoughtful the spaces are. The new owners are responsive and friendly. We are excited to come visit again!

We stayed at Starlight #22. The place was very clean, very cute, and it has everything we needed to cook our meal. The place was very comfortable. It has fire pit and grill outside. Nice view of the mountain. It is right next to a major highway so we definitely hear the cars and trucks but it didnt bother us. I love the starlight window. We will definitely be back.

We loved the Starboard tiny house. It sleeps 6 but the space in the rest of the house was more geared towards four people. It would have been very crowded having 6 people in the house. Nice kitchen with stove, oven and microwave. Large bathroom space with separation of toilet/shower and sink. Great location to multiple national and state parks plus lots of other activities. The view from the rooftop deck was wonderful! It would have been nice to have a small table that could fold up when not in use in the house. Our only issue was the noise from the main highway. When the windows were shut it wasn’t bad but with the windows open at night it was difficult to fall asleep. We did turn the fan on to high power which helped. Overall it was great for four adults.
